While I certainly don't expect a cell phone tower to make my phone operational in every nook and cranny of the park's 6 million acres, they probably could put a few more up in the more well-traveled areas, such as the Northway. I don't think a lone pole is that "destructive" of the massive view you have in general; if anything, trying to camoflage them with fake branches makes them infinitely more obvious.
